A Note from My Heart
Sometimes, the autism journey feels like it breaks us – but what it’s really doing is rebirthing us.
Every meltdown, every hopsital visit, every small miracle is a teacher. Autism asks us to slow down, soften, and see life differently.
Here at Autism Inspired, we walk that road with you.
From one mother’s pain grew a movement of purpose – because no one should face this journey alone.
With love,
Dineo Makenete

About Me
My name is Dineo – Autism Mom, Certified Life Coach and Founder of Autism Inspired Solutions.
My autism journey stripped me bare, and then slowly rebuilt me into a woman of vision, purpose and spiritual depth. Through my own healing, I discovered a fire in my bones to walk alongside others on similar paths. I trained as a Life Coach and returned to my HR and entrepreneurial roots – but this time with soul.
Today I serve autism communities not only as a professional but as one of them. My deeper work, however, goes beyond traditional support – it is a quiet rebellion. I believe autism is calling us back to what is sacred, to remember who we were before the system told us how to live, parent or heal.
I advocate for conscious, indigenous-rooted and sustainable living – where modern tools meet ancestral wisdom. Where we parent from presence, not performance. And where we build lives rooted in sovereignty, not survival.
I invite you to partner with us in building solutions that matter, because togther, we can.
Autism is not just a challenge – it’s a call to transform. Through Sacred Life Coaching, I walk with autism moms, families and caregivers who are navigating burnout, overwhelm, and the feeling f being “stuck”.
My approach blends lived experience as an autism mom, certified life coaching skills and ancestral wisdom to restore balance and purpose. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing or a new perspective, this space is designed for you.

Disciplining An Autistic Child: My Journey Of Love, Struggles And Lessons Learned
