and than a very short but punchy message that speaks about the value of community on this journey – Life was never meant to be travelled solo, and in the most brutal of way, autism is a constant reminder that Community is invaluable.

We believe in always assuming competence, honoring neurodiversity, and building networks that uplift families and individuals on the spectrum.  This space is about crating solutions that truly meet our needs as a community – by us, for us.

We know the autism journey is full of ups and downs – that’s why we created a Free Autism Tracking Journal to help you note patterns, progress ad challenges.

Here’s my inspiration behind it:

Some time ago, I was struggling terribly with my son’s mood swings and instability.  We had to make changes to his medication, only to discover that some of them were causing more harm than good.  In the midst of this chaos, I started writing everything down – his moods, sleeps, triggers and responses.

Later, I continued journaling when I introduced new interventions:  reducing processed sugar, trying detox methods, adding certain supplements and making diet changes.  Slowly, this practice helped me see what was working, what wasn’t, and how each change effected his overall well-being.

This tracking became invaluable in helping me understand my child better and in making more informed choices.

I hope this journal does the same, and even more -for you and your ausome buddy.
