  1. Shipping Areas

 

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

  1. Order Processing

 

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Should there be any unforeseen delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

  1. Delivery Options

 

We currently offer the following delivery methods:

  • Collection by Appointment (Free)
  • Local Delivery (Dawn Park and surrounding areas including Villa Liza, Windmill Park, Spruit View, Vosloorus, Freeway Park, Sunward Park, Parkrand, Parkdene & Rondebult)
  • PUDO Locker-to-Locker
  • PUDO Door-to-Door
  • The Courier Guy

Delivery options available at checkout may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

 

  1. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method selected during checkout.

We also offer:

  • Free local delivery for orders of R500 or more within Dawn Park and surrounding areas.
  • Free nationwide shipping for orders of R1,000 or more.
  • Collection from our premises is always free and is available by appointment only.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Approximately 2–5 Business Days

 

  1. PUDO Door-to-Door

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

  1. Sea Moss Gel Deliveries

 

To ensure that you receive our Sea Moss Gel at its highest quality and freshness, Sea Moss Gel is currently available for local delivery or collection by appointment only.

As Sea Moss Gel is a refrigerated product, we do not currently offer nationwide courier shipping for this item.

Customers outside our local delivery area are welcome to purchase our premium Raw Wildcrafted Tanzanian Sea Moss, which is suitable for nationwide shipping and can be prepared at home.

 

  1. Collection of Orders

 

Customers who choose to collect their orders will be contacted to arrange a convenient collection time.

Collections are strictly by appointment to ensure that we are available to assist you.

 

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Where possible, please include photographs of the packaging and the affected product to assist us in resolving the matter promptly.

 

  1. Incorrect Delivery Address

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Should a parcel be returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

  1. Delivery Delays

 

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, public holidays, high shipping volumes, or operational disruptions.

We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed should any significant delays occur.
